you to multi-year contracts. However, contact your local bank
or local Small Business Association office as they may have
financing programs available for small business like yours. |

is the length of my online membership in the Sweet Florals
Distributorship Program? |

The
minimum length of your online membership is one year. You
will continue to be a member so long as you continue to order
additional supplies and services from our affiliates and suppliers.
During your first year, if you have not had any order activity,
we will assume you are no longer interested in being a part
of our program. Your online member password will be deactivated
and Sweet Florals will discontinue sending you updates and
special offers. However, the business you established through
the help of Sweet Florals is yours to keep including all the
initial supplies and website. |

What
is the shelf life of the candy bouquets? |
| A. |
The
shelf life of a candy bouquet depends on the candy and how
it is cared for. A chocolate candy bouquet can have a shelf
life of three months as long as the candy is kept in a room
temperatures cool enough to keep the chocolate from melting.
Hard candy can have a shelf life for as long as six months.
However, in both cases you want to keep your bouquets away
from the sun as they will moisten the candy and fade the color
of your ribbon and trimmings. |

We understand this process can be a bit time consuming. Therefore,
we give you the option to order our “pre-stemmed”
candy to make the bouquet building process just a little bit

Florals depending on availability.. |

You can begin by filling out the attached
application, select your desired package, and send your
completed form, along with your payment either via mail,
email or fax. We accept, personal checks, credit cards and
money orders. Your complete Sweet Florals package will arrive
within 2-4 weeks.

If
you buy wholesale from our suppliers, your costs should remain
under $10.00 per bouquet with a profit potential up to 300%. |

While we provide you with a list of our licensed wholesale
suppliers, it is up to you - what you order and how much you
order. There are no minimums which gives you the freedom to

No. You will have to select a name that best suits your business.
Afterall, it is your company which is the beauty of it all
and saves you a tremendous amount of money. Because we are
not a franchise that charges ridiculous fees, we do not license
the use of our logo and name. |

Florals does not assign territories. We believe that your
ability to sell your candy bouquets is a function of how well
you are able to market and spread the word about your bouquets
throughout the markets you define as a target market. Limiting
you to a territory we, believe, limits your potential for
market growth. |

It
depends on how much you charge. We recommend a 175% uplift
on costs of goods and services. In other words, if it costs
$10.00 to build in materials, charge $25.00-$30.00 or more.
